Service Description

Schematic review of existing floor plans, elevations, or other architectural drawings. Initial appointment will included an overview of the plans, desired changes, and course of action. After initial appointment, a hand drawn "redline" set will be retuned and presented. This service is intended for overall feedback on plans, changing door and window placement, kitchen rearrangement, dimension check and analysis of rooms, overall flow of the home, and more. *This service does not include digital drawings, but rather hand drawn schematic sketches and overall feedback. These sketches can be given to most builders for on site changes.
