Service Description

Careful study of property survey, floor plan, and required setbacks to locate and stake rough footprint of building. Additional considerations will include topography, sunlight exposure, privacy, driveway and parking, garden and yard space, and future adjacent buildings. This service will direct the surveyor or excavator on exact footing placement. *Please provide legal address, accurate boundary survey, and current floor plans prior to site visit.
