Service Description

This service includes a full design of a custom residential home under 5,000 SF. This includes site analysis , schematic design, and construction document set. - (4) Hours of Project Orientation and Site Analysis - (12) Hours of Preliminary and Schematic Design Meetings - (40 - 160) Hours of Construction Document Drawing and Coordination to Include: - Cover Sheet with (2) 3D Renderings, Applicable Building Codes, Contact and Project Info. - Boundary Line Survey (Provided by Others) - Septic Permit and High Intensity Soil Map (Provided by Others) - Site Plan per Local Municipality Requirements - Floor Plan with Dimensions, Door and Window Schedules, and Material Quantities - Foundation Plan - Reflected Ceiling Plan - Roof Plan - Exterior and Interior Elevations All drawings will have required dimensions, quantities, and information for your builder to provide an accurate quote. This drawing set does NOT include an architectural or engineering stamp, or structural, plumbing, or electrical drawings. These details are often decided on site. *This service does NOT include construction administration, and architectural responsibility will be relinquished once the builder obtains the plans. Total price and hours subject to change based on SF and complexity of home.
